Possibilities of success:
1.- It will
depend on the good job done DelegBCN.

It will depend on the
attractiveness-innovation of the products from "YOUR
COMPANY", i.e., Is it an
already existing
product on the market or is it necessary to persuade
the distributor to choose the option
from "YOUR
COMPANY" to the detriment of its current provider
with a similar product?.
3.-
It will depend on that "YOUR COMPANY" can
properly manage the contact and be able to translate
it into
a
distribution agreement.
4.-
It will depend on the selected timing, etc...

on the interest of the proposal (20-25% of companies
contacted).

Duration and timing:
Total
duration: 5 months.
Month 1: Competition study and
preparation of the proposal.
Month 2: Identification of the companies.
Month 3: Identification of the companies.
Month 4: Sending by post / email.
Month 5: Follow-up by telephone, contact management
and report.
Cost and way of payment:
Total cost of €6,200 + VAT.
Five monthly bills of €1,240 + VAT to 30 days ff,
by bank transfer.
Report:
Each month, the detail of the
work done during the month will be provided to "YOUR
COMPANY" by DelegBCN.
At the end of the project we will deliver an excel
file with the contact details of all companies
identified as well as the origin of these (5).

We will need as much information as possible in
order to prepare an attractive proposal to rouse
interest.

whom we can offer some kind of collaboration?

which they export, number of own branches, quality
certifications, approvals of public bodies...

What is the profile (target) of companies we
have to identify in order to make our distribution
proposal?

distributor can sell if they accept our proposal for

Clients? Can we include the logo or just the brand

need a company presentation. Five lines of text
maximum.

We may use your corporate site or we can make a mini
site under our domain. If you are interested we will
provide ten examples.
Cost of postage (3)
For shipments by post, the service provided by
DelegBCN includes the printing of letters, folding,
boxing and taking them to the office of Posts and
Telegraphs in Spain. It does not include the cost of
postage: it must be paid by "YOUR COMPANY". DelegBCN
will include this additional charge on your bill. We
also provide you with a copy of the bill of Spanish
Post Office, detailing shipments and cost per unit.
Shipping cost of letters in Spain is: € 0.36
(standard envelope, maximum 20 gr.)

Upon completion of the project, a master file in
excel format will be delivered to "YOUR COMPANY with
contact details we had been able to identify from
the associated and registered companies in national
associations, regional associations, exhibitors at
trade shows, official records and specialized
portals…
In some cases, but not always, we will have an
e-mail account…
In any case, we will incorporate as much information
as possible. One of the fields will be the source of
the data, i.e., you always will know the origin of
each record.
Because do we consider the searching process in a proactive manner.
In those cases where we can,
We will identify all members of national business associations, both regional and provincial.
We will identify all exhibitors of all your product related exhibitions held in Spain.
We will identify all companies that appear in your industry specific portals.
We will identify all the companies listed in official records.
If a company does not appear in any of the above assumptions, is unlikely it has the profile and the capacity that we are looking for.
