Validated P/A method:
Water analysis kits without use of membrane filtration. Increase in responsiveness, as well as manipulation, cost, and labor effective in ALL of the parameters:
- Water and beverage potability:
Coliforms-E.coli
Fecal enterococcus
Clostridium perfringens
Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Baths and other:
Burkholderia cepacia
Staphylococcus aureus
Algae and cyanobacteria

Optimized count by means of YEA-chromogenic nutrient
Culture contrast with membrane, which allows a better view of the colonies over the white background and thus an easier count.
Contrast for en masse cultures, which allows the detection of even the smallest colonies, otherwise unnoticed in classic Agar Nutrient-YEA or in PCA. |

Problematic Legionella pneumophila, Clostridium perfringens and Vibrio cholerae.
Are they there or I just cannot detect them?
Problematic membrane filtration for these microorganisms.
What should be done when an ISO standard is too difficult to implement properly?
- Legionella: Revitalize before in GVPC broth and filter every 200ml (5 membranes/liter).
- Clostridium: En masse culture in TSC Agar tube by means of membrane roll or, even better, in waxed [x2] flasks.
- Vibrio: P/A + MPN-RACK without the need to filter or break the cells.

Prepared plates for membrane filtration. Did we mention they are hermetic! |
|
Complete range, ALL the culture media you need. Its hermeticity gives it an expiration term of 6-9 months! |
